Typical migration timelines range from 30 days to 1 year depending on complexity and number of services.
Hybrid Cloud Architecture Design and deploy hybrid environments that integrate on-premises data centers with AWS services including Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, AWS Direct Connect, and AWS CloudTrail. Netsync specializes in connecting Cisco infrastructure and existing security systems with AWS workloads.
Financial Planning and Cost Optimization Services include pricing modeling, cost measurement, budgeting, TCO analysis, 3-year cost forecasting, cost anomaly detection, and monthly FinOps reviews. Unified multi-account cost dashboards provide chargeback/showback reporting, portfolio-wide savings analysis, and executive reporting across unlimited accounts.
Managed Services Ongoing monitoring and observability, security and compliance management, cost optimization, infrastructure operations, and incident response. Netsync aggregates billing and operational data into a centralized BI platform for continuous visibility.

Support During Active Engagements
Netsync provides dedicated support throughout each project engagement. Support channels - including email, phone, and project portal access - are established and shared with the customer at the beginning of each project as part of the Project Management Process.
Response Time: During active engagements, Netsync commits to a 12 to 24 hour response time for support requests.
Project Management: Each engagement includes a dedicated project manager who serves as your primary point of contact for issue resolution, status updates, and escalation.
Scope of Support: Support covers assistance with AWS service implementation, troubleshooting, configuration guidance, and coordination with AWS support teams as needed. For Managed Services customers, ongoing monitoring and incident response are included per the service level defined in your Statement of Work.
Engagement Structure
All support terms, escalation paths, and deliverables are formally defined in a customer-facing Statement of Work prior to project kickoff. The SOW outlines project phases, milestones, and specific support commitments for your engagement.
Post-Project Support
