Our agents continuously operate, optimize, and evolve your AWS environment. CloudOps Core s operates with agents trained on 12 years of AWS CloudOps intelligence. This means 100% of incidents are triaged before engineers are paged, costs are optimized continuously, and your environment only gets smarter over time.
One Unified System That Evolves Your Environment Faster:
Caylent Accelerate™ for Agentic Cloud Operations provides organizations a measurable, immediate improvement in how cloud operations get done.

Continuous Cost Optimization: Agents constantly surface savings opportunities so they become visible the moment they appear in the environment.
Capacity That Compounds: Agents carry context forward from every task, so the system improves with each ticket it closes, and your team gets more hours back.
Instant Incident Triage: Every ticket gets root-cause context and a recommended resolution path before a human is paged.
Engineering Hours Redirected: Guardrailed agents accelerate the majority of remediation tasks.
The Foundation That Set Us Apart from Other Platforms:
12 Years of CloudOps Tickets
Proprietary intelligence defines what best-practice AWS incident triage, remediation, and cost optimization actually look like in production.
Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
Built on AWS's own agentic infrastructure with Frontier Agents, so every advancement is integrated immediately.
Guardrails and SLOs
Guardrailed agents accelerate the majority of remediation tasks. Our AWS architects and engineers approve and audit.
Caylent Accelerate Agents:
Ticket Analysis Agent: Triages 100% of incoming incidents, surfaces root-cause context, routes to the correct resolution path.
Cost Optimization Agent: Continuously surfaces cost recommendations and actions our engineers execute on.
Prioritization Agent: Orders the operations backlog by impact, urgency, and historical patterns specific to your environment.

CloudOps Core:
Caylent's agents and AWS-certified architects are delivered as one accountable team that scales with your cloud operations footprint, not headcount. Triage, cost optimization, and backlog management outcomes activate at go-live, and flow into interfaces your team already uses.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy CloudOps Core as a contract, priced in units that scale with your cloud operations footprint. Three separate options match the shape of your engagement. Choose CloudsOps Core Standard for standard engagements. Choose CloudOps Core Custom when your engagement needs a tailored scope. Choose CloudOps Core Small Workloads for smaller AWS environments. These are independent purchasing options, not stacked tiers. You pick the one that fits your workload size and engagement type, then units set the total contract cost.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit represent, and how does the count set my contract cost?
A unit measures the level of operational coverage and engineering capacity your AWS environment needs. Units scale with your cloud operations footprint rather than with headcount. You add units as your environment grows, so the total contract cost reflects the size and complexity of the workload being managed.
How do the three options differ mechanically for billing purposes?
Each option meters units, but the option matches a different engagement shape. Standard fits standard engagements. Custom fits a tailored scope where the unit count is set to your defined requirements. Small Workloads fits smaller AWS environments. You buy one option, not a combination, and unit count drives that option's total cost.
What is included in the service that these units pay for?
Units cover a combined team of AWS-certified architects and engineers plus agentic tooling. This includes incident triage, cost optimization, and backlog management. You onboard to a managed services platform that handles incident management, ticketing, and observability. Triage and optimization outcomes activate at go-live.
