You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Standard support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (customer local time), excluding public holidays. For technical or billing issues, our support team is available through our ticketing system and over email at customerservice@bcplatforms.com . Access to the ticketing system and email address is only for active customers and not open to the general public. Critical (P1) issues for production outages in BC Mosaic Cloud are monitored 24x7 and a formal incident management process is followed for active alerts. Custom SLAs for enterprise customers are available and are negotiated as part of the offer phase.
