There is an unprecedented amount of interest and experimentation happening with generative AI right now, but the landscape can be hard navigate. Organisations feel compelled to apply or leverage generative in some way, but have not moved past the idea/use case stage.
DiUS’ Generative AI PoC Sprint is a 4-week engagement that combines design thinking with generative AI to build an interactive prototype using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, which solves a use case your organisation has already identified*.
Our lean, cross-functional team will consist of an experience design/delivery consultant leading a pair of engineers with expertise in generative AI, LLMs, data, cloud architecture and application development to explore the problem using the DVF (Desirability, Viability, Feasibility) framework.
*If you haven’t yet identified a use case, we can help with that too. We’ll add a week of ideation and discovery workshops onto the sprint to ensure you’re moving forward with the best problem for generative AI to solve.
Highlights
- Week #1: Understand insights related to use case, define clear goals, prioritise key tasks, identify key assumptions and risks, commence technical onboarding.
- Week #2-3: Build and develop AI prototype(s), user feedback facilitation and synthesis, ideate interface and design, apply learnings and showcase.
- Week #4: Summary report for concept, high-level architecture and costs (inc. LLMs), propose path to production, final showcase.
