Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing uses a contract pricing model with two dimensions. The Base Platform Price covers your core subscription and is arranged directly with the vendor, so you contact them for a quote tailored to your needs. The Overage Over Contractual Amount applies when your usage passes the volume included in your contract. You pay this only for units beyond your committed amount. Together, these dimensions let you set a fixed base commitment and cover any additional usage on top. Pricing scales with the volume of data you manage rather than by user count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A unit reflects the volume of data you manage, not the number of users. Each subscription includes a set number of rows per template dataset, where a row is a single record you validate, create, save, search, filter, or edit. User counts are unlimited and do not affect your bill.
You pay the Overage Over Contractual Amount for units beyond your committed volume. This charge applies only to the additional usage, not your entire volume. The base commitment stays fixed. Overage covers the extra rows or data you process past your included amount.
The Base Platform Price covers your core subscription and set data volume, arranged directly with the vendor. The Overage Over Contractual Amount adds cost only when you exceed that volume. Both appear on the same invoice. The base usually dominates unless your usage regularly passes your committed amount.
