Vendor refund policy
TrustVideo prices and services are negotiated to meet the needs of each customer after a presentation, in-depth discovery process, and tailored proposal, therefore all contracts and pricing are custom. Upon entering a contract, there is no trial or cancellation period. Any requested cancellations, refunds, returns, or adjustments to services or equipment will be subject to LTIs discretion.
