    AudioCodes Mediant SBC provides secure connectivity between virtually any VoIP solution (IP-PBX, unified communications or contact center) and SIP trunk services, such as Amazon Chime Voice Connector, for incoming and outgoing calls. It supports Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business or any other SIP-based VoIP platform, enabling solution coexistence and simple migration to cloud-based solutions.

    Mediant VE SBC has several pre-requisites that must be completed prior to the deployment Refer to https://www.audiocodes.com/media/14694/mediant-ve-sbc-with-amazon-chime-voice-connector.pdf  for detailed installation instructions. After the deployment please wait approximately 5 minutes for software to fully start. SBC Web interface can be accessed via HTTP/HTTPS protocols, using "Admin" username and [instance_id] as password. SBC command line interface (CLI) interface can be accessed via SSH using the same credentials or SSH key provisioned during the deployment. Refer to https://www.audiocodes.com/media/15567/mediant-software-sbc-users-manual-ver-74.pdf  for detailed instructions on how to further provision the SBC software.

    The PAYG feature is very handy and easy to set up. The Audiocodes SBC is a full featured SBC and easy to configure in a variety of ways. Documentation and support are well done as well.
