Are you optimizing your workloads with AWS best practices?

The AWS Well-Architected Partner Program enables AWS Partners to establish good architectural habits, reduce risk, and respond faster to changes that affect applications and workloads. As an AWS Well-Architected Partner, we build high quality solutions, implement best practices and remediate issues and risks to achieve better business outcomes.

CGI’s Well Architected professionals facilitate the review with representatives of your organization (suggested participants include Architects and Business Representatives). The review is conducted using a standard set of questions within the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and is aligned to AWS’s six architecture pillars: security, performance, operations, reliability, cost and sustainability. We ask clients to allow one full day for the review, and provide the opportunity to dive deeper on select areas of interest. Should you wish to drill down deeper on area of interest, anticipate 1–2 hours of discussion, depending on the complexity of the workload.

Following the workshop, CGI will present a report of findings and a recommended remediation plan in a ‘walk through’ format that takes between 1 to 2 hours.

The Well Architected review is based on the standard set of questions set out in the AWS Well Architected Framework. Based on CGI’s recommendations, it may be required to conduct periodical reviews to ensure ongoing optimization of the workload.
