7twenty AWS Marketplace Refund Policy: Refunds apply to technical issues preventing access or promised features from being delivered. Request within 30 days at support@7twenty.com with your subscription ID and issue details. We will review it and may offer a solution or credit first. Prorated refunds for prepaid plans based on unused time. Non-refundable for user error, network issues, or AWS restrictions. Approved refunds are processed with up to 10 business days

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Deployment Steps

Subscribe to the 7twenty WhatsApp Reminder API on AWS Marketplace:
- Navigate to the 7twenty WhatsApp Reminder listing on AWS Marketplace .
- Click on Subscribe and accept the terms.

Pull the Container Image:
- Use the following command to pull the container image from AWS Marketplace: docker pull pamaya-7twenty/7twenty-api-repository:v3.1

Run the Container:
- Use the following command to run the container: docker run -d -p 8080:8080 --name your-docker-name pamaya-7twenty/7twenty-api-repository:v3.1

Verify Deployment:
- Open your browser and navigate to http://<your-instance-ip>:8080
- Test connectivity using the provided endpoints.

Security Considerations:
- The container is configured to run with non-root privileges by default.
- Data collected through the Wiz API remains in your AWS environment.
- API keys and sensitive credentials are stored securely in the web.config file. Ensure this file is properly configured to avoid exposing sensitive information.
External Dependencies:
- The 7twenty API requires access to external services (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook) for channel integrations. Ensure proper network configurations.
- The API may require access to third-party APIs depending on the connected digital channels. You are responsible for managing these connections and credentials.
