Overview
Vtiger CRM Server by Code Creator is a preconfigured self hosted CRM server designed for organizations that want to launch a customer relationship management platform quickly on AWS.
This server includes Vtiger Open Source CRM on Ubuntu with Apache, MariaDB, PHP, scheduled Vtiger cron jobs, public IP based access, first boot setup guidance, and helper commands for checking the application URL, service status, and CRM cron logs.
The instance is designed for first time AWS Marketplace users. On first launch, the server detects the public IP address, generates fresh database credentials, writes setup instructions to the ubuntu user home directory, and guides the customer through the Vtiger browser based installer. Customers create their own Vtiger admin account during setup.
Vtiger CRM can help teams manage leads, contacts, organizations, opportunities, activities, support workflows, and customer records from a self hosted environment. This package is useful for small businesses, consultants, agencies, sales teams, internal service teams, and organizations that prefer infrastructure control instead of relying only on hosted CRM services.
The server includes useful commands such as codecreator vtiger url, codecreator vtiger status, and codecreator vtiger cron log to simplify administration after launch.
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges are applied for the deployment of the application and AMI support and compliance.
