What do you like best about the product?
It’s been incredibly helpful for saving and sharing passwords with the team for shared accounts, while also helping ensure the company stays secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the one thing that I dislike about it is how often we need to use the master password once logging in to access the vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several team accounts and passwords that need to be shared securely, and we’ve been able to do that with ease. The ability to create multiple shared folders with different visibility settings is also really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the UI, the Chrome extension, and the ability to manage hierarchy really helpful. It's very fast and easy to use, and pricing is very reasonable. The security reporting, such as preventing data exposure, is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's inconvenient to keep signing into the Chrome extension after I disable it and then re-enable it, even though I'm already logged into the browser tab. Preferably, if the Chrome extension could sync with your browser, that could help reduce an unnecessary step

Security management, delegating access to team members without exposing credentials, accessing information remotely, just overall keeping the control of our data governance

What do you like best about the product?
Really handy to be able to have securely held login details and passwords etc. and being able to easily paste them when logging into various applications/websites. The extension for browsers makes this really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When entering some details that aren't related to passwords, NordPass extension will sit over it so that you cannot see underneath.

Easy access to numerous passwords, speeding up processes for logging in.

NordPass Business helps solve the mess of managing too many passwords and worrying about security. Instead of reusing passwords or forgetting them, everything is stored safely in one place and easy to access.
