Dimensions summary
Pricing works in two steps. You first buy the Base License, which turns on application vulnerability features. On its own, the base license covers no applications. You then add application licenses to scan your apps. Add-on licenses come in fixed bundle sizes: 1, 5, 10, 50, or 100 applications. Each add-on requires the base license. You choose the bundle size that matches how many applications you need to cover, and can combine bundles to reach your total. A single license covers up to seven types of security analysis per application.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An application is one of your apps that the platform scans. Each add-on license covers a set number of applications: 1, 5, 10, 50, or 100. You count how many distinct apps you need to scan, then buy bundles that add up to that total. Each application gets all seven analysis types.
The Base License turns on the application vulnerability features. On its own it covers no applications, so it cannot scan anything yet. You must add at least one application add-on license before you can run scans. The base license is required for every add-on you buy.
You buy one Base License, then add application bundles that sum to your total app count. Bundles come in sizes of 1, 5, 10, 50, and 100 applications. You can combine different bundle sizes to reach the exact number you need. All bundles require the same base license.

Refund Policy Summary Refunds are evaluated case by case for service failures, incorrect charges, or contract cancellations, excluding misuse or direct AWS charges. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days. Each party's liability is capped at the total payments made in the current month prior to a claim.
