Refund Policy Summary Refunds are evaluated case by case for service failures, incorrect charges, or contract cancellations, excluding misuse or direct AWS charges. Could add the vulnerability management part, comparing the level of exposure of that client compared to someone in the same segment, bringing a score on the scale A, B, C, D, etc.
Could add functionality in SAST to open a button and automatically perform the change based on best practices. Its competitors (Veracode) are going this way.
