Overview
Bits In Glass is an enterprise technology services firm with two decades of process and data automation experience, now focused on agent-first engineering on Anthropic's Claude platform. This is a Claude-specific practice, not a generic frontier-LLM or model-agnostic offering: we build and enable on Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, the Claude API, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Cowork, with Claude models served from Amazon Bedrock in your own AWS account. Our delivery consultants hold Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect - Foundations credential, which covers exactly that surface area - Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, the Claude API and MCP - so the people in the room have been assessed on the stack they are deploying.
AI-DLC ENABLEMENT is our flagship engagement and the reason most customers start here. Model capability and speed now outpace human typing and review, and organizations that keep Claude in autocomplete mode leave the compounding gains on the table. AI-DLC moves your engineers to agent-first work, where they specify intent and guardrails, Claude agents build the bulk, and humans keep judgment and ownership. It runs as a single phased engagement: a two-week Discovery (workshops with your leads, a prioritized use-case backlog, a readiness checklist and security requirements) followed by a three-month enablement program in which training and platform build run in parallel. Training is all-hands enablement, role-based deep-dives and embedded pairing on real work, ending with a playbook you own. The build stands up the 5C platform - Connectivity through a governed MCP hub wired to source control, ticketing and CI/CD; Context as a knowledge graph of codebase, SOPs and architecture that agents maintain; Capabilities as template Claude agents and a vetted skill library; Control with destructive operations off by default and per-user policy; Compliance with usage, security and adoption metrics and every decision logged. The engagement closes with a full handover of codebase, agents, skills and IP, including the agents that built the platform. Three-month extensions are available to continue support or to run further cohorts of engineers through the program. We are direct about the ratio: 20% of this is technology and 80% is people, process and mindset, which is why embedded training is the core of the engagement rather than an add-on.
Three further engagement models are available under this listing. FORWARD-DEPLOYED ENGINEERS embeds senior, Claude-fluent engineers alongside your developers and process owners to land quick wins in a single team or account. AGENTIC OS IMPLEMENTATION PODS put a two-engineer mini pod on adding a Claude-powered agentic layer on top of the legacy platform you already run. LEGACY WORKFLOW MIGRATION PODS field a five-engineer pod (two onshore, three offshore) over six months, with a three-month renewal option, phasing a legacy workflow onto open, license-free runtimes with Claude agents embedded. These services are delivered on AWS and are designed to be purchased alongside AWS and AWS Marketplace products, including Claude Opus, Claude Sonnet and Claude Haiku (Amazon Bedrock Edition), Claude Platform, Claude Enterprise, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Knowledge Bases, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, Amazon S3, Amazon Aurora and Amazon OpenSearch Service. Scope, duration and price are confirmed at Discovery and contracted through a private offer.
