    What is our primary use case?

    I built an entire payment processing system, functioning as a payment gateway aggregator system in Bangladesh, locally. It took only one day, 24 hours, for me to complete. This is similar to SSLCOMMERZ or other systems we have in our country. From this experience, I have the belief that Anthropic Claude Platform  can do anything if we provide the best prompts and messages. If we simply have normal conversations with it, it will consume our time.

    A few minutes ago, I was doing automation work. I was developing a simple personal admin panel which would run multiple browsers, such as Playwright, and automate product data from different sources. I was using a CLI called Kiro that also uses Anthropic Claude Platform  as well. However, I noticed that it did not work perfectly for me. Whatever I was asking, it was doing only 50% of the work. Then I had to go out from my house for 30 minutes. What I did was enable my Anthropic Claude Platform CLI and selected the model 4.8, Cloud Opus  4.8, and I sent a prompt: 'Hey, I am actually leaving the room now. I have to go somewhere. I am doing this one, I did this, and now I am stuck here. So after I come back to my desk, I would to see this personal admin panel fully developed and production level. I can actually use it. A second time, I do not want to actually touch my code base.' When I came back, I saw that it had already sent me a lot of emojis with joy and told me, 'Hey, your platform is done.' I was amazed at the result.

    On a daily basis, I advise others to use Anthropic Claude Platform. I have my younger brother who was developing an e-sport platform, and I convinced him to use Anthropic Claude Platform. It is important to spend not much time coding manually but to use this tool to expedite the coding process. I connect with terminals on my mobile phone, and whether I am at a cafe or elsewhere, I use Anthropic Claude Platform to manage servers and projects. Simply put, it has become an indispensable tool for me and those around me.

    What is most valuable?

    As a coder, the hands-free CLI tool, particularly Anthropic Claude Platform, is invaluable. Its ability to process extensive tasks with conversation-style simplicity is unparalleled. For instance, completing complex software projects incredibly fast, potentially in mere days, showcases its power. It empowers individuals who may not have large development teams to achieve substantial outcomes independently. Anthropic Claude Platform can automate many tasks simultaneously, making it a standout feature.

    Even in an outage or while multitasking, I utilize Anthropic Claude Platform. With just a few commands, it can continue its processes, interact with expansive databases, and manage diverse applications without constant oversight. This capacity to function seamlessly in high-demand environments is a core strength of the platform. My experience shows that credible teams can mirror full-scale innovative solutions using Anthropic Claude Platform, such as a complete payment processing system within a day.

    Furthermore, I sincerely appreciate the adaptability to integrate with various systems. Different tasks necessitate specific AI solutions, and Anthropic Claude Platform, with its integration, can circulate tasks across numerous platforms. The process is smooth, allowing for prompt execution of large-scale resolutions, such as Cloud Opus  4.8.

    What needs improvement?

    Sometimes I regret that Anthropic Claude Platform does not quite match up to other services such as ChatGPT 5 regarding design capabilities. While the technical side is exceptional, boosting the design functionality would be appreciated. When I need designs that can compete with what Google AI Studio or Vertex  AI offers, it sometimes falls short. I understand that each service is distinct and cannot do everything, but design improvements would be a welcome addition.

    I have been using Claude platform for 2 years.

    How are customer service and support?

    The customer service could engage more proactively, matching my enthusiastic commitment. I think I lack a direct channel to engage swiftly with Anthropic's team, similar to the support I have been provided with from NVIDIA or other platforms such as Intercom  and Notion . Anthropic's improvements to this sector could mirror successes observed elsewhere, enhancing user relations.

    What was our ROI?

    The unique aspect of my venture is the zero-marketing cost, which is quite beneficial. Leveraging my significant following on social platforms, I can ensure a robust initial user base without additional expenses. Capital invested, such as $200,000 in AWS , manifests that I am dedicated to seeing the ROI through strategic launch activities.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    I have deposited 200,000 USD on Amazon already, dedicated towards utilizing AWS  services as my primary infrastructure. This investment underlines my commitment to utilizing Anthropic Claude Platform effectively for my needs and my startup's expansion.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    If I require photo editing or purely research tasks, ChatGPT aids me excellently. If any technological or AI purposes arise demanding Claude's accuracy, I primarily use Anthropic Claude Platform. This exemplifies how alternate solutions offer tailored support to my needs.

    What other advice do I have?

    My advice to other people is very simple. I recommend using Anthropic Claude Platform for its efficiency. When someone, such as my younger brother, develops software manually, I advise them to let Anthropic Claude Platform manage the workload, allowing focus to shift to marketing. It is my daily companion, accessible anywhere, ensuring my productivity is not hindered.

    Another key insight revolves around the opportunity for collaboration in regions such as Bangladesh. There is potential in addressing the gap for localized solutions, allowing integration with Anthropic Claude Platform or ChatGPT, using our local payment gateways. Introducing such initiatives will tap into neglected markets, bringing thousands of users onboard. Given the market's readiness, this is an area ripe for exploration.

    What is our primary use case?

    We use the Claude Platform as the core reasoning layer for our AI-native due diligence product. This platform powers document extraction, multi-agent orchestration, and analysis across financial, legal, and compliance workflows.

    How has it helped my organization?

    The platform allows a very small team to ship capabilities that would normally need a much larger one. Long-context handling and strong reasoning meaningfully cut the manual effort in our extraction and analysis pipelines, and reliability has been high enough to run in production.

    What is most valuable?

    I find the large context window for processing long documents, strong structured output, and tool-use reliability for agent workflows to be valuable features. Consistent instruction-following reduces post-processing, which is also beneficial.

    What needs improvement?

    I think more predictable rate-limit/quota headroom for batch and high-throughput workloads, along with tighter native batch-inference ergonomics, would be helpful.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    We have been using the solution for less than a year.

    Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

    We evaluated multiple frontier models and consolidated core workloads onto Claude for its reasoning quality and reliability on long, complex documents.

    I suggest modeling the cost against time saved on knowledge work rather than per-token in isolation. For reasoning-heavy workloads, the throughput-to-quality ratio is what matters.

    Before standardizing on Claude, we evaluated OpenAI, Google AI Studio, and Google Vertex AI . We consolidated core reasoning and document-heavy workloads onto Claude for its long-context handling, structured output, tool-use reliability, and consistency on complex, regulated material.

    I believe it is a strong fit for complex, regulated, document-heavy workflows.
