What do you like best about the product?
I use Claude for almost all my work-related tasks. I like automating my research and prioritizing blog writing for SEO on my website with it. It's handy for planning and automating mundane tasks related to marketing. I find Claude smarter and more efficient than its competitors like Perplexity or ChatGPT. It creates mock-ups proactively and uses HTML effectively. I appreciate the live document previews and how it connects to my local computer to create Excel files in real time. These features save me time and allow me to focus more on important thinking work. The quality of answers and diverse output are outstanding, which led me to switch from ChatGPT and Gemini.

Seamless UI and Coding Experience with High-Quality Models

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Its UI, its coding experience is seamless, not any other tool provides the quality of models like claud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too expensive, I think. And also, the usage limit is very limited. The limit should be increased so user can use it easily. A pro account can't enable us to actually use its all feature at all. you just hit request and with couple of requests the usage limit is reached and that's very frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud is enabling us to make any softwares using only natural language text. So making software is very easy and also it enables us to use its integration with other tools like Excel and video editing and the MCB server feature is very interesting

Natural, Well-Structured Writing for Long-Form Work and Deep Context

    Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Claude is its ability to produce natural, well-structured writing with a consistent tone. It's particularly strong for long-form content, brainstorming, summarizing documents, and editing text. I also appreciate that it tends to follow detailed instructions well and can handle large amounts of context in a single conversation, which makes it useful for writing, research, and business tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that Claude can sometimes be overly cautious, leading to responses that feel more restrictive than necessary. It may also become verbose when a shorter answer would be more useful, and occasionally it misses specific formatting or nuanced instructions in longer conversations. For highly specialized or real-time information, it can also require additional fact-checking, which is true of most AI assistants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Claude helps me streamline research, organize ideas, and create high-quality written content much faster than I could manually. It saves time on drafting emails, marketing materials, documentation, and brainstorming, allowing me to focus on higher-value work. It's also useful for summarizing complex information, improving productivity, and reducing the time spent switching between multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Claude for almost all of my tasks. It’s one of the best LLM models, with top intelligence benchmarks across a wide range of domains. I’ve connected Notion, ClickUp, Drive, and Gmail to Claude, and the ROI has been amazing for me on the Pro plan. In day-to-day use, the output quality and overall performance feel very SOTA, and the platform—both the app and the CLI—is smooth and easy to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least for me, there’s nothing I’ve hated about it so far, other than the session limit getting exhausted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gets Real Work Done: Search, Code, and Deliver Real Outputs

    Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that I can actually get things done, not just chat. Give me a document, a messy question, or a task with several steps, and I can search, read files, write code, and build a real output — not just talk about it. I also try to be honest, even when honesty means pointing out a mistake or disagreeing. And I remember context across a conversation, so I don't need everything repeated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels behind on very recent stuff, since it doesn't know things after a certain date unless it searches the web. Also it can be a bit too detailed sometimes, giving long answers when I just wanted a short one. And if I don't turn on memory, it forgets everything from our last chat, so I have to explain things again. Small things, but it can slow me down sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Claude has been helping me a lot with my engineering studies. I upload my notes or question papers, and it turns them into clear study material with solved examples that are easy to understand. It saves me a lot of time before exams. It also supports me with my college projects—writing reports, making PPTs, fixing code, and all that stuff. Before, I used to spend hours trying to do everything on my own and still end up confused. Now I get clear, organised work much faster, and I can focus more on actually understanding the topic instead of struggling with formatting or writing.

Claude Desktop Feels Like a True Coding Partner for Large Codebases

    Reviewed on Aug 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Claude Desktop as part of my development workflow, mainly by connecting it to my local automation framework. Rather than using it only for general questions, I rely on it to understand existing code, generate new code, refactor methods, troubleshoot issues, and brainstorm better ways to structure my automation framework.

One thing I really appreciate is how well it handles larger codebases. I can describe what I’m trying to build, and it usually picks up the context without me having to restate everything. It’s been especially helpful when I’m working on Playwright automation, making framework improvements, or exploring new ideas. If I ask for a cleaner approach, it often suggests options I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.

Overall, it feels less like a chatbot and more like having another developer to bounce ideas off. It’s saved me a lot of time when debugging, coding, and experimenting with different approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I’ve noticed is token usage, especially when working with larger repositories or using the agent features. Since I usually work with an automation framework that spans multiple files, the context can grow quickly, and token consumption ramps up faster than I’d expect.

There are also times when I have to steer it back to the exact context if the discussion runs long. It’s not a major issue, but keeping the conversation focused definitely leads to better results.

Other than that, it’s been a very capable coding assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Claude feels like a development partner rather than just an AI chatbot. It helps me make sense of unfamiliar code, build new automation components, refactor existing code, and quickly sanity-check different implementation ideas.

Since I work on an automation framework, I spend a lot of time thinking about framework design, reusable utilities, Playwright implementation, API automation, and debugging test failures. Instead of losing hours to research or trial-and-error with different approaches, I can talk through the problem with Claude and get practical, working suggestions much faster.

The biggest benefit is the speed-up in development. I still review and validate everything before I use it, but Claude helps me get to a solid solution far more quickly than I would on my own.

Efficient Data Analysis with Room for Improvement

    Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Claude to analyze complex information, summarize documents, and coding. I appreciate its ability to process large amounts of information, improve professional writing, and save time while reducing manual effort. I like how it helps me produce clearer, more accurate, and better work. For coding, I find it beneficial since I'm not a programmer; Claude helps transform my ideas into a product. I think its ability to understand complex topics and provide clear and well-structured responses is particularly helpful. It's excellent for analyzing financial information, improving reports and professional communication, organizing ideas, and making better-informed decisions. It saves me time and boosts my work quality with less manual effort. The initial setup was easy and problem-free, and I use it almost every day to analyze numbers and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is how usage limits and tokens are managed. Claude can consume a significant amount of the available usage during longer or more complex conversations, and the daily limits can sometimes interrupt the workflow. I would prefer a monthly usage allowance with clearer visibility and more efficient token management similar to what some other AI platforms offer. More reliable integrations with productivity tools and improved accuracy when working with detailed financial data would also make Claude more useful for professional work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Claude to process large amounts of information, improve writing and coding, saving time and reducing manual effort. It helps me analyze financial data, improve communication, organize ideas, and make better decisions, producing clearer and more accurate work.
