What do you like best about the product?

I build AI agents for a living, so I judge language models the way a chef judges knives — constantly, no sentimentality. Claude is the one I reach for when the writing actually matters. Leadership comms, program strategy docs, sensitive stakeholder emails, long-form stuff where nuance can't be faked. That's Claude territory for me. I run Global Leadership Development programs at Cognizant, and Claude drafts and edits most of my LinkedIn thought-leadership content and podcast material. At work it helps me design program structures, write facilitator guides, and think through logistics for our flagship 6-month program with 60+ senior leaders. I've even used it for code-adjacent work, reviewing automation scripts and debugging n8n workflows, where its step-by-step carefulness genuinely beats the alternatives. What makes it different is the writing itself — there's a naturalness to Claude's prose, rhythm and restraint, knowing what NOT to say, that I haven't found anywhere else. It follows complicated, multi-constraint instructions better than anything I've tried. I can hand it a brand voice guide plus a list of things to avoid plus a structural template, and it honors all three at once. Long documents are superb — I'll paste a 40-page program report and ask for a two-page exec summary plus open risks, and it nails both. And it's honest about not knowing things — it'll flag ambiguity instead of inventing facts, which matters a lot when your output goes to senior leaders.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's slower than ChatGPT when you want rapid-fire back-and-forth, and the free tier limits are tight enough to annoy — paid is worth it if you use it professionally. The ecosystem is thinner, with fewer integrations and nothing like the breadth of the GPT store. Sometimes it's too cautious, hedging on things that are completely fine. And for real-time information it lags behind competitors with better search baked in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

High-stakes professional writing and thinking work — leadership communications, program strategy, long-document analysis, and careful technical debugging — done faster and with better nuance than I could manage alone.

Claude provides thoughtful responses and handles context well.

Sometimes responses can be overly cautious and less direct.

Claude helps handle complex tasks and improves productivity.

Claude is a very robust AI. I use it for Salesforce, troubleshooting problems in our CRM, task management through Asana, and planning. The integrations with Asana and Google are pretty seamless. The UI is clean.

What do you dislike about the product?

I come into the problem of wanting Claude to be connected through the entire system by connecting chats and projects, but that limitation is reasonable honestly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claude has been a handy tool in that it acts like a reasonable rubber duck. It's improved my project management and planning as well.

What do you like best about the product?

I mostly like the fact that Claude goes through the entire work thoroughly and gives comprehensive answers. I also like that it's able to provide answers in document format and generate figures and a proper table of contents. It takes its time when giving replies, doing tasks one by one, which means there's hardly room for mistakes. The setup was pretty straightforward, as it doesn't have much difference from other software in terms of the user interface. Another advantage is that it gives more human responses compared to ChatGPT and is powerful enough to generate properly formatted doc.x files.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not like how the mobile version is too simplified compared to when using it on a PC. I can't use connectors and the Claude code on the mobile version, and I'm someone who prefers to use my phone over my PC. It would be better if features like connectors for using other models to generate images and Claude code could be added to the mobile version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claude helps me with data analysis for my deep learning project by providing comprehensive answers, document formatting, figures, and a proper table of contents. It takes its time to do tasks individually, minimizing errors.

What do you like best about the product?

Claude is an AI with a unique personality. Its responses are complex, and I feel it has the ability to understand my instructions without the prompt needing to be overly detailed or unnecessarily descriptive. It also walks you through the problem-solving process step by step.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, Claude has made very few mistakes or misinterpreted prompts. The only thing that puzzles me a little is why the engine sometimes changes on its own.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I know a lot of people who use Claude for coding or solving math problems (or even engineering problems), but personally, I use it to transcribe documents. I’m a translator, and this tool is essential for streamlining my work and shortening my turnaround times.

What do you like best about the product?

Best results with simple prompts. The documentation and UI are the best with Claude. Integration with connectors of other platforms is really nice. The performance of design and opus model gives good ROI. Onboarding is very simple and AI models are quick.

What do you dislike about the product?

Downside of using Claude is the flexibility to edit the deliverables.

Deliverables and graphics. Mainly design part.

the interface and design is easy to understand, i've been able to integrate multiple applications into claude, the ai within claude makes it easy to request tasks and returns them back with quality, and for the most part i get my results fairly quickly and with great accuracy

theres just alot that cluade can do so i dont like that i'm not a pro yet, i may need to take some time to learn more

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

its helping me with the speed of my work, also we have multiple applications that we use and the integration combines them all very well while creating workflows for me

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Claude is not verbose in its responses and it gets to the point, unlike ChatGPT. It's really helpful for working with HTML prototyping and web scraping without needing a lot of manual work or extensive HTML knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find that Claude uses up tokens too quickly, which can be a bit of an issue because I end up burning through my limits before I want to. Also, it can be pretty frustrating when tasks stop halfway through, and I have to start all over again. It's definitely something I'd love to see improved.

Claude helps me tackle manual work and compensates for my lack of HTML knowledge efficiently.
