What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, straightforward. The interface is very friendly

Confusion around lots of redundant pieces, and some areas don't have clear guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my problem of learning compliance and guiding me through the process of adopting protocols.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta connects to our cloud and identity tools and starts pulling evidence by itself, so I don’t waste time asking teammates for screenshots or logs. The dashboard shows which controls are healthy and which need work.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few legacy systems didn’t integrate cleanly at first and needed manual evidence or engineering time to set up. Support is helpful, but complex issues can take longer to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta turns audit prep from a frantic, last minute scramble into steady, everyday work by continuously monitoring controls and auto collecting artifacts. That continuous control monitoring dramatically reduces manual evidence gathering and overall audit prep time we saw far fewer hours spent chasing documents and much smoother auditor interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta plugs into the systems we already use and gathers proof for us without constant emails. The dashboard shows which checks are green and which need attention, and it lets me assign tasks so my team knows exactly what to fix next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewtimes vanta asks for evidence in a strict format, so I have to re upload documents that already prove the same thing. A few older tools didn’t connect cleanly at first, which meant some extra manual steps during setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta turned audit prep from a last minute scramble into steady, everyday work by continuously checking controls and pulling evidence automatically. That saves our ops team many hours, reduces email back and forth with other groups, and helps leadership see our compliance status at a glance. It also makes vendor and cloud checks easier to manage across the business.

Vanta has automated all the compliance framework by integrating all the tools and it becomes very easy to track all the test and remediate them according to the SLA set in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Vanta is its ability to manage compliance across various frameworks. The platform offers a wide range of templates and policy generators, ensuring that you don't overlook any required sections for your compliance needs. Vanta also integrates with numerous vendors, allowing for automated testing of both user management and potential vulnerabilities within your infrastructure. While it's possible to handle these tasks manually, doing so would require the entire team's effort and would consume a significant amount of time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta performs all its functions smoothly and without any issues. My main complaint is that certain features, such as detailed role and permission management, are only available in the higher-priced plans. But overall, the core functionality works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta significantly speeds up the evidence collection process because many of the tests are automated, removing the need for manual work. This dramatically reduces the time required for compliance, and tasks that would typically need one or two full-time employees are handled automatically by Vanta.
Going manually through the list of controls provided in ISO 27001 or SOC2 can give you headaches, as the list is extensive and some of it requires additional sources to explain what is required.
