Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pick from four independent options, each billed by units under a contract. FormXtract charges for extracting data from completed forms, including handwritten ones. Quik! Enterprise is an API for generating, prefilling, and e-signing forms inside your own systems. Quik! App is a hosted, ready-to-use application for financial professionals to create and e-sign forms. FormBuild covers one-time fees to build forms. These are separate purchases, not stacked tiers. You combine the ones you need. Unit consumption scales with your form volume, users, or extraction activity, depending on which option you choose.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for FormXtract billing?
A FormXtract unit is one completed form you submit to the extraction API for data capture. This covers handwritten, printed, and e-signed forms. The service returns structured data with a confidence rating for accuracy. Your usage grows with the number of forms you process.
What drives cost for Quik! Enterprise versus Quik! App?
Quik! Enterprise is an API you build into your own systems to generate, prefill, and e-sign forms. Its units scale with form or form-package volume. Quik! App is a hosted application for financial professionals, so its units track the people preparing forms. You choose based on how you deliver forms.
What does the FormBuild dimension cover, and is it recurring?
FormBuild covers fees to add your custom forms to Quik!. This is build work tied to preparing specific forms for use in the App or through the APIs. It is separate from the usage that drives FormXtract, Quik! Enterprise, or Quik! App charges. You buy it alongside whichever option needs custom forms.
