Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

    Usage instructions

    SSH to the instance and login as 'ubuntu' using the key specified at launch. OS commands via SSH: SSH as user 'ubuntu' to the running instance and use sudo to run commands requiring root access.

    Default web root is: /usr/share/nginx/html

    You can place your PHP files in the Default web root and access then through http://<PUBLIC_IP>/

    MySQL can be secured by executing: mysql_secure_installation

    Once you have secured MySQL you can access the MySQL CLI with the following commnad mysql -u root -p

    Then to create you database issue: CREATE DATABASE dbname;

    To add a user use the following: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.dbname TO 'username'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

    What do you like best about the product?
    There are many features of LAMP Stack Ubuntu 20.0, such as its easy-to-understand interface, straightforward commands for installing and purging packages, auto updates etc
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the window overlaps with the left sidebar, and you need to close it and restart the application to eliminate the overlapping issue.
    Also, it can improve its booting time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps me to quickly develop any PHP or python-based applications without needing any third-party software; I can efficiently work on MySQL, apache, and php using the terminal itself.
