Digital Case Management is available during office hours with phone support for Severity 1 incidents with Forcepoint Essential Support. Customers with Forcepoint Enhanced and Enterprise Support have 24x7 Digital Case Management with increased Phone Support and 24x7 Critical Incident Support - support@forcepoint.com .
