Qrunch Pro is an advanced quantum chemistry platform enabling chemists to run molecular calculations on real quantum computers and simulators - no quantum computing expertise required.
Kvantify Qrunch is an advanced quantum chemistry platform that enables chemists to perform complex molecular calculations on real quantum computers and classical simulators - without any specialized quantum computing knowledge. Designed for life science and beyond, Qrunch covers drug selectivity, drug toxicity, carbon capture, enzyme engineering, and battery chemistry. Its hardware-agnostic architecture means calculations run on any quantum backend or local simulator. Qrunch is delivered as an on-premise Python package, runs on Linux and macOS, and is AWS Qualified Software.
Trusted by Industry Leaders
Qrunch Pro is used in collaboration with various leaders in industrial biotechnology. Those partnerships produced peer-reviewed research on calculating the energy profile of enzymatic reactions, published in the Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation. Additional published research and showcases are available at kvantify.com.
Why Qrunch
Most quantum chemistry options are general-purpose SDKs or single algorithms. Teams have to assemble the chemistry pipeline themselves, which takes both quantum and computational chemistry expertise, and generic circuits often struggle on noisy hardware. Qrunch removes that work:
No quantum programming required - Chemists define problems in standard chemistry terms, not quantum circuits
Purpose-built algorithms for noisy hardware - Includes FAST-VQE, BEAST-VQE, and built-in projective embedding to fit larger problems onto today's quantum devices
Rapid Simulator - An exact state-vector simulator built specifically for chemistry that simulates more than 25 qubits in about a second, well ahead of general-purpose simulators
Built for scale - Routinely runs calculations far beyond typical quantum chemistry demonstrations, including on pharmaceutically relevant molecules. In simulation, problems at the scale of hundreds of qubits have been run
Amazon Braket integration - A dedicated backend connects directly to the quantum computers available through Amazon Braket
Data Privacy and On-Premise Deployment
Qrunch Pro is delivered as an on-premise Python package. Molecular data stays within client's environment - it is never transmitted externally. When using quantum backends, only the quantum circuit (not molecular data) is transferred to the quantum computer for calculation. This architecture keeps your proprietary research data under your control.

Highlights
Hardware-agnostic: run on any quantum backend, local simulator, or classical computer - write once, run everywhere
Built for chemists using standard chemistry terminology - no quantum expertise required
Patented algorithms simulate hundreds of qubits - orders of magnitude faster than other hybrid quantum approaches
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this product as a single contract license. One license covers 10 named user seats for quantum chemistry calculations on the QDK on-premise platform. Pricing works through a fixed unit quantity rather than tiers or usage-based metering. Each unit you add includes another set of 10 named user seats. There are no separate size options or add-ons to configure. To scale access, you increase the number of license units purchased.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one named user seat for this license?
A named user seat is a specific individual assigned to use the platform. One license includes 10 such seats. Named seats tie access to identified people rather than to shared or concurrent logins. Each person who needs to run quantum chemistry calculations occupies one of the 10 seats.
How do I add capacity if my team grows past 10 users?
You scale by purchasing more license units. Each additional unit adds another set of 10 named user seats. There are no partial seat add-ons or per-user increments. Cost increases in blocks of 10 seats as you buy each new license unit.
Where does this software run, and does it need a specific environment?
The license covers quantum chemistry calculations on the QDK on-premise platform. On-premise means you run it within your own infrastructure rather than a hosted service. The software is built to distribute work across quantum and classical compute in high-performance computing environments.
