Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a contract pricing model built around a single dimension: Xorcom Modules, billed in units. You buy modules to assemble your cloud PBX phone system. Pricing scales with the number of module units you add, so you pay for the capacity and capabilities you choose to build. There are no separate tiers or fixed plans here. Instead, you construct your system by selecting the module quantity that fits your needs. The base virtual PBX runs on standard virtualization, and you expand it by adding module units over your contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Xorcom Module unit for billing?
A module is a licensed capability or capacity add-on you attach to your virtual PBX. You buy the module units needed to build the features and capacity your phone system requires. Each unit adds to your system's licensed functions, so you count units by the capabilities you select.
What happens to my cost if I need to add capacity later?
You add more module units to expand your system. Cost scales with the number of units you hold, so growth means adding units rather than switching to a different plan. The base virtual PBX runs on standard virtualization, and you build capacity by layering module units on top.
Can I run this virtual PBX on standard virtualization environments?
Yes. CompletePBX installs as a virtual machine and is compatible with common hypervisor environments. You can deploy it in the cloud or on premise, take snapshots for disaster recovery, and manage resources for scaling. Any hosting provider can be used to deploy the self-hosted system.
