Step 1: Architecture Review and Customization Softchoice reviews and customizes the GenAI IDP Accelerator reference architecture, documenting its components, design principles, and constraints for rapid viability evaluation.

Step 2: Sandbox Deployment The bundled AWS GenAI IDP QuickStart solution is deployed in your AWS sandbox account, provisioning Amazon Textract, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon S3, and AWS Lambda as part of the accelerator offering.

Step 3: Document Testing and Evaluation Sample documents are uploaded and processed in the sandbox environment. Processing activities are verified, and output is evaluated against your accuracy tolerance and requirements.

Step 4: Viability Assessment Using the Viability Decision Framework, Softchoice assesses whether your use case warrants proceeding to a workflow-based proof of concept.

Step 5: Immersion Day A2-day engineer-led session provides hands-on training covering deployment walkthrough, functionality overview, QuickStart setup guidance, and use case customization.

All work is performed within your own AWS sandbox account, ensuring your documents never leave your environment. Softchoice personnel access is governed by least-privilege principles and is limited to the engagement period. Data processed during testing remains under your ownership and control within your AWS account. All data in transit and at rest leverages AWS-native encryption capabilities including S3 server-side encryption and TLS for data in transit.

This engagement is considered successful when:
