Enterprise Conduct Enterprise Conduct is a central component of the Smarsh Enterprise Platform that enables you to identify risks and opportunities in human communication. With a targeted approach to surface risk, anomalies and trends in your communications, Enterprise Conduct improves your ability to meet global regulatory requirements for supervision and surveillance from FINRA, IIROC, FCA, MiFID II and more.

Along with a platform fee, the Smarsh Capture subscription requires a per user, per year SKU based on content type (email, voice, chat, etc.).
