There is one pricing dimension, so cost tracks user quantity rather than product modules or usage volume. Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is one named person you license to access the platform. Each individual account across the Growth, Contracts, and SIMS suites counts as one user. Your total scales with the number of licensed accounts, not the number of suites or modules a person uses.
Your total tracks the number of licensed users. Adding users raises the count and your cost; reducing them lowers it. There are no separate charges for data volume or usage. Specific quantities and how mid-term changes apply are set when you arrange your contract with the vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
TechnoMile’s automation features have been useful for our government contracting department. The options to handle prime, sub, and commercial contracts in one place make our contract management much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is STA_ID that becomes difficult to produce ad-hoc style reports which can provide various levels of details with respect to the content of the contracts. Preconfigured reports seem to be generic and do not have the level of detail that I want for contracting performance metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TechnoMile has completely made amends to our contract lifecycle management process easier. The automation means that we save time allowing our team to work on more complex tasks and meet requirements of government contracting rules.
