Overview
Accenture’s AI-focused process reinvention services provide a modular, phased program to help enterprise clients deliver business value leveraging AI and Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
This program complements deployment of AWS Marketplace-listed Agentic software, including AI Refinery, CCaaS, Spotlight and others to ensure outcomes including: lower costs of Agentic solution deployment, faster innovation via AWS Agentic services, and higher total value to the enterprise.
The program’s modular approach comprises three distinct phases and deliverables, including:
Phase 1 - Foundation (2 weeks to 4 weeks):
- Enterprise readiness assessment
- Technology evaluation and readiness / maturity assessment
- Compliance, observability, responsibility, and security framework design
- Operating model blueprint development
- Initial business value estimation to support investment to move forward
Phase 2 - Automation Architecture (3 weeks to 6 weeks):
- Process identification re-design and prioritization
- Agent orchestration and framework design
- Integration architecture development
- Reusable component library creation
- Detailed value estimation to support prioritisation and investment to move forward
Phase 3 - Implementation and Scale (3 weeks to 6 weeks):
- Pilot deployment of agent-driven processes (est. one to five processes)
- Automated testing, compliance, and responsibility framework implementation
- People and Change deployment
- Value realization deployment to support case to scale-up
- Scale-up roadmap development
