What do you like best about the product?
Algosec has vast range to tools within ASMS which is easy to use and technical customer support is good and knowledgeable to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of Integration - Lot many things to be keep in mind during integration phase which is time consuming to identify and fix issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Algosec AFA - AFA has various serach criteria to fulfill Firewall Admins requirement. Rule cleanup and Audit are key feature which i utilize for our daily operations.
Algosec AFF - ActiveChange feature is nice to have to review/approve/implement the change on the fly from Fireflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about AlgoSec is its centralized dashboard for the onboarded devices. Its User interface is user friendly and its policy optimization feature proves useful in improving overall devices configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing i dislike about AlgoSec is its intial setup can be sometimes time consuming depending on the infrastructure of the customer also for additional features requires extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main feature that AlgoSec is solving is bringing in the change management module which helps in automating the firewall policy implementation skipping manual intervention.

I like that AlgoSec provides network security solutions. It helps businesses secure their networks and apps in several ways, such as by providing them with information on application traffic and automating security policy changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At my workplace, we utilize Algosec, which works well for older devices but is still working to add compatibility for Fortnitets.

My workflow was greatly aided by AlgoSec's FireFlow and Firewall Analyzer, which allowed me to save a substantial amount of time that I could use for other duties. Fireflow and the Firewall Analyzer are particularly useful for automating the creation of firewall policies and optimizing your rules.
This method is essential for handling intricate networks and saving a significant amount of time. Management and implementation are simple. The process and inbuilt ticketing system, which can be altered as needed, pleased me.
In any case, I will be notified via email alerts as necessary because I use AlgoSec twice a week. Along with a knowledge base, a Doc portal that includes AlgoPedia, and a customer portal, they have prompt and helpful customer service.
This method is essential for handling intricate networks and saving a significant amount of time. Management and implementation are simple. The process and inbuilt ticketing system, which can be altered as needed, pleased me.

Our network security operations have been greatly improved by AlgoSec, but there is still room for improvement. The difficulty of the initial configuration and setup forced us to deliver wide-ranging training. An unsupported firewall must be able to be integrated somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of our vital network infrastructure, which is dispersed among all branches, has greatly benefited from AlgoSec. Manual firewall rule management used to be laborious and prone to mistakes, and network security threats and compliance issues were major issues.
We used to manually manage every firewall and look for any unused rules or policies. Determine the risk before enforcing any rules that end users have asked.
A significant benefit of this procedure is assigning tasks to the appropriate team prior to implementation. Viewing the traffic flow from source to destination and determining the precise rule that is blocking the connection have also been very helpful.
Algosec provided a wide range of features, including workflow management, risk assessment, network mapping, and compliance. and numerous more, which have reduced manual labor and boosted efficiency.

still having issues accessing some of the netqork devices for monitoring and analysing , NSX-T environment still not fully supported , this is quite important since most of the companies migrating their app to Cloud and NSX-T is an important technology widely used
