WP Suite Deployment Access is a 36-month software entitlement for agencies and technical teams that want to extend WordPress with AWS-native backend capabilities while retaining control of the deployed infrastructure.
WordPress remains the CMS and editorial layer. Through guided AWS Marketplace Quick Launch, buyers select supported WP Suite components and deploy them into one buyer-owned AWS account using a version-controlled CloudFormation orchestrator.
What the contract includes
Deployment and update access for one buyer AWS account during the contract term.
A guided Deployment Wizard and AWS Marketplace Quick Launch flow.
Supported CloudFormation templates for selected WP Suite backend components.
Marketplace entitlement validation and controlled access to deployment packages.
Configuration and deployment support for the supported product scope.
Supported capabilities
Identity and access: Amazon Cognito-based authentication and protected API access for supported WordPress integrations.
AI-Kit backends: AWS-native APIs for supported AI-assisted and knowledge-access features.
Flow backends: workflow, form-processing, validation and integration services.
Protected delivery: AWS-native patterns for static and access-controlled WordPress delivery.
How deployment works
Subscribe through AWS Marketplace.
Complete the WP Suite onboarding and entitlement flow.
Select the supported components and deployment settings.
Review the generated parameters and required IAM permissions.
Launch the version-controlled CloudFormation orchestration in your AWS account.
Connect the deployed services to the supported WP Suite components in WordPress.
The buyer pays AWS infrastructure charges separately and remains responsible for its AWS account, security policies and production operations. WordPress hosting, custom development, third-party services and unsupported AWS resources are not included in the software contract.
Highlights
Buyer-owned AWS infrastructure: selected backend components are deployed into the buyer's AWS account rather than a shared WP Suite runtime account.
Guided, version-controlled deployment: AWS Marketplace Quick Launch and CloudFormation replace one-off manual infrastructure assembly with a repeatable deployment path.
Modular adoption: start with the capabilities required for the current WordPress project and add supported components later.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This listing has one pricing option: a 3-year upfront contract tied to a single AWS account. You pay once to cover the full 36-month term. The contract includes one main orchestration template and five modular nested templates. During the term, you get unlimited deployment modifications, stack reconfigurations, and template updates with no extra usage fees. Each AWS account you deploy into needs its own contract. The price covers the deployment workflow only. AWS infrastructure the templates create is billed separately by AWS to your own account.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one contract cover, and what happens if I deploy into a second AWS account?
One contract covers a single customer-owned AWS account for the 36-month term. Each additional AWS account you deploy into needs its own separate Deployment Access purchase. The Agency Subscription is not required to buy Deployment Access, though you can use both together.
Does this contract price include the AWS resources the templates create?
No. The contract covers only the guided Deployment Wizard, Quick Launch path, supported templates, and template updates. The AWS infrastructure the templates provision — such as Cognito, AI-Kit, Flow, and Static Site Guardian backends — is billed separately by AWS to your own account.
Do deployment changes or template updates during the term cost extra?
No. During the 36-month term you get unlimited deployment modifications, stack reconfigurations, and future backend template updates with no added usage fees. The update workflow prepares a CloudFormation change set, but you review and execute it yourself in your AWS account.

Vendor refund policy
Due to immediate access to CloudFormation templates, all 3-year contract charges are non-refundable, except where required by AWS Marketplace policy or law. No refunds for change of mind or partial usage. Exceptions are solely at our discretion for verified billing errors or unresolved material technical defects that prevent deployment, after support is given a chance to resolve it. Cancellation stops future renewals but yields no pro-rated refund. Support: support@wpsuite.io.
