To run the Element Plus 2.11 boilerplate, follow these steps:
Switch to root user: sudo su -
Navigate to the project directory: cd /root/my-element-app
Install dependencies: npm install
Start the development server: npm run serve Note: As this is a default development server setup, check your local build tool configurations (like Vite) if you need to expose the port for public browser access.
