AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on a fixed subscription cost and actual usage of the product. You pay the same amount each billing period for access, plus an additional amount according to how much you consume. The fixed subscription cost is prorated, so you're only charged for the number of days you've been subscribed. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for each running instance of this Chinese-language Windows Server 2019 image. Pricing is usage-based, so charges track the hours you actually run. The many dimensions map to AWS EC2 instance types, letting you match compute, memory, storage, and GPU capacity to your workload. General-purpose, compute-optimized, memory-optimized, storage-optimized, and accelerated families are all covered, from small sizes up to metal and large multi-core options. Hourly rates rise as instance size and capability grow. You pick one instance type; there are no fixed tiers or upfront commitments.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hourly unit cover for this Windows Server 2019 image?
One unit is one running EC2 instance of the chosen type, billed per hour. The rate bundles the Windows Server 2019 Chinese image running on that instance size. Each instance you launch bills separately. Underlying AWS compute and storage fees apply on top of this software charge.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or shut down?
The hourly software charge meters running time only. A stopped instance does not accrue the per-hour software fee. You may still pay underlying AWS storage fees for the attached volume while the instance is stopped, but the image itself bills by active hours.
The image runs in Chinese by default. Does switching to English change the price?
No. The hourly rate depends only on the instance type you pick, not the display language. The image boots in Chinese, but you can set English during first boot using user data. This adds one reboot and does not change what you pay.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Note: For all Avora Windows AMI products, the default login username is Administrator.
Remote Desktop Connection
What to expect
First boot time: the instance may take 5-10 minutes to finish initialization before RDP is available.
How to connect: use Windows Remote Desktop (mstsc) or another RDP client, open the .rdp file from the EC2 console, and sign in with the Administrator account and the decrypted password.
Security: ensure the instance security group allows RDP (TCP 3389) or use a secure bastion/jump host. Use the EC2 console to decrypt the initial Administrator password.
To change the OS language to English (en-US) at first boot, provide a PowerShell script as user data when launching the instance. This change triggers an additional system restart and increases initialization time.
Paste the script into the User data field when launching the instance in the EC2 console. Because the script restarts the machine, expect a longer first-boot time.
