EngageOne Communicate EngageOne Communicate simplifies the complex, making it easy to design and deploy personalized, interactive communications across Video, Email, SMS, Chatbot, and PDF, all in one place. Through a unified approach to templating and design, data management, delivery, and analytics, EngageOne Communicate empowers business users to collaborate with technical specialists to achieve business objectives. Utilizing a user-friendly, no-code, SaaS platform, EngageOne Communicate enables business owners to create personalized, meaningful conversational engagements with their customers, while streamlining processes and reducing costs.
Communicate Package options include service pack as described below:
EMAIL + Video Package Service Pack includes:
- Email Channel Fundamentals and Integration - Remote training covering email fundamentals including API integration principles
- Follow-up Question & Answer session once client started using the email/SMS channel
- 16 hours ad-Hoc implementation Support - Assist the client during their Video project implementation. After the 16 hours have been used, standard services rates will apply (Hours expire 90 days after package purchase).
- One review cycle of client's created/provided storyflow, script and storyboard
- One review cycle of client's provided video assets (creative)
- Build and testing of the video for up to 10 scenes based on client provided collateral (storyflow, video assets, script, storyboard)
- User Acceptance Testing support
- Video fundamentals including project creation, adding images and video, voiceover and data sources
- 4 hours Go-Live Support Total Duration - 10 business days from initial review of client's provided video assets
EngageOne RapidCX The Precisely EngageOne RapidCX offering is unique in the market as it is much different than the traditional document composition vendors. We offer an integrated solution of Software, People, and Process. The platform is a managed SaaS Platform offering with staff augmentation with a center of excellence staff (over 120+) with much of the staff having over 15 years' experience. The Precisely EngageOne RapidCX offering will provide the business owner full control to author, edit, and generate essential automated and ad-hoc communications for specific touch points within the customer journey life cycle through current and customer-preferred delivery channels. A unique capability of the RapidCX offering is the solution manages the entire lifecycle of the communication from receipt of data to delivery of the communication. Throughout the entire lifecycle, we log all activity and touchpoints to ensure compliance is achieved as well as meet audit requirements.
RapidCX offering includes:
- Supports up to 100,000 accounts
- Silver Support Level
- Supports up to 5,000,000 annual printed pages
- Supports up to 2,400,000 annual emails
- Supports up to 10,000 SMS messages
- 3200 hours for Implementation Services included
- After execution of agreement, client and Precisely will develop scoping document for use of Implementation hours
