    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    At first, it wasn’t easy to grasp the logic of Cyclr, but after building the initial integrations, creating new ones became much smoother. The tool for testing blocks is incredibly helpful, as is the option to view all methods for each connector. The ability to interact with the support and connector teams has been invaluable; they’re always prompt and provide valuable insights.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It’s not very clear to me how many tasks are consumed per transaction, and I’d appreciate more detailed reporting on this. It would also be helpful to have the ability to duplicate a block, including all the data contained within it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    manage the integration between our platform and main connectors or custom connectors

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to user and intuitive sytem with a great support team, they have helped us set up multiple connectors with multiple systems, and guided us through the process so we knew how to set them up in the future.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Wish there where more apps available to integrate with so we can implement more solutions
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Helping us integrate with Multiple ITSM tools so we can reduce the Admin thorugh our system, saving is alot of time duplicating data

    What do you like best about the product?
    The Training process and the weekly meeting where very helpful. Also the team was always available and ready to help with every problem or question I had.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There wasn't really any downside about Cyclr, perhaps the dynamic custom fields option on a method of a connector is quite tricky, but besides that I was pleased

    The option of creating implementations with connecting different connectors together.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The Cyclr system takes away the burden from developers to integrate and create routes to connect from our customers requirements. Anyone in the business can use it and tweak to make any change needed keeping a great ROI within our business to develop features. The support we get is second to none, every issue we face with a CRM or other type of connector the team respond instantly and get a fix that suits us.

    The acceleration within our business has been great due to Cyclr short cutting the need to have to monitor and service all out differing connections and as new ones come they just jump on it and figure it all out for us to use!

    Ive worked with Cyclr now in 3 businesses and will keeping bringing them with me as needed as its just a no-brainer and when the board see how it works for the cost they just can't believe it either!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes you just can't overcome some issues BUT that's not really a Cyclr issue it's just how it is however we work together to find a solution in the end!
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Helping join our system, ETL then into any other systems QUICKLY both in speed of action but speed to implement

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is a highly collaborative team, and the product is robust. Their speed of resolving issues and required changes from customer support is also impressive. We use it daily without the product, and it is easy; you don't feel it once integrated. And the implementation wasn't complex as well.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Maybe it could be optimized the way cycles are managed. But that's a minor minor.
