Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
TextMine offers three contract options that scale by different measures. User Based Pricing charges for a set number of users, sized at 10 users. Page Based Pricing charges by document volume, sized at 500,000 pages. Choose the option that matches how your team consumes the platform: by seats or by processing volume. The Enterprise option has no fixed unit; you contact the vendor for a custom quote tailored to your needs. These are independent purchasing paths rather than stacked tiers, so you pick the model that fits your usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one page for the Page Based Pricing option sized at 500,000 pages?
A page is one page of a processed document. TextMine extracts fields, clauses, entities, tables, and source passages from contracts, filings, policies, scans, and reports. Each document page you process draws against your page allotment, regardless of the number of users reviewing it.
How do the User Based and Page Based options differ in how they meter my cost?
User Based Pricing charges by seat count, sized at 10 users, regardless of document volume. Page Based Pricing charges by document processing volume, sized at 500,000 pages, regardless of how many people log in. Choose seats if your team is small but processes many documents, or pages the other way around.
When should I choose the Enterprise option instead of the fixed User or Page options?
The Enterprise option has no fixed unit and suits needs beyond 10 users or 500,000 pages, or requirements like private cloud deployment, single sign-on, and role-based access. You contact the vendor at sales@textmine.com for a custom quote tailored to your usage.
