What do you like best about the product?
I'm genuinely impressed with Hygraph. Its UI/UX makes managing content surprisingly straightforward, even with advanced features like Click-to-Edit and live previews, which are a game-changer for our editorial team. What truly sets it apart are the powerful Integrations, especially Content Federation. Being able to pull data from various APIs into one unified content graph has streamlined our workflow immensely. This GraphQL-native approach also translates directly into fantastic Performance; our content loads quickly and efficiently, which is crucial for our global audience.
While the Pricing / ROI has a noticeable jump from the free to paid tiers, the capabilities we unlocked made the investment worthwhile. And the Support / Onboarding experience has been top-notch, with excellent documentation and a very responsive team always ready to help. Hygraph has become an indispensable part of our tech stack!

What do you dislike about the product?
From an Integrations and Performance standpoint, the GraphQL-only nature, while powerful, does present a learning curve. For teams new to GraphQL, having a more accessible entry point or even a basic REST API option would broaden its appeal significantly. The UI/UX for editors, while generally good, can sometimes experience slight lags or require manual refreshes when handling many small content pieces. I'm hoping for continuous optimization in these areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph primarily solves the critical problem of marketing teams being overly reliant on engineering for content updates, a dependency that previously led to bottlenecks and slow response times. By enabling our marketing team to make ad-hoc content and campaign changes directly and instantly, Hygraph bypasses traditional development and release processes. This dramatically benefits us by accelerating our content velocity, ensuring a more dynamic and relevant experience for our end-users, and ultimately fostering a more autonomous and efficient marketing department.

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is very useful for inserting texts in e-commerce thanks to its customizable UX interface. It helps me manage multilingual content without having to open the page individually in each country. I also appreciate the functionality of localizing field names, which facilitates collaboration with native-speaking colleagues. Additionally, I really like the stages part of Hygraph. The initial setup process was quite easy thanks to the assistance from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the stages part, it could be connected with project management programs like Notion or Trello.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hygraph to manage multilingual content on e-commerce, avoiding opening each page individually. The customizable UX interface and the localization of field names make it easier to work with native-speaking colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having access to the Hygraph API. It allows us to work faster and smarter, which I consider a real game changer for us. The API enables us to manage a lot of the documentation on our website much faster and more efficiently. It's great for deduplicating content as well, especially when handling the vast amount of data stored on Hygraph. This makes our workflow around content management significantly more streamlined and smarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the times, it's really hard for me to find certain content on the platform if I manually search for it. And it's not always easy to identify what I'm actually looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hygraph solves workflow automation and content update issues on our site. It allows us to access and manage site data efficiently, working faster and smarter via their API. This has been a game changer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The lokalisation / translation support with third parties and the GraphQL playground
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct export feature for content or billing modules. It can also get too expensive quickly if you only need additional locales or a higher asset size limit. It would be nice if we could buy these as add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hygraph extensively to manage our digital library for a mental health platform, including exercise text and audio, recordings, and programs.
We also use it to store all our upcoming offerings, which we schedule at the beginning of each month. This content has to be localised in eight languages, and Hygraph allows us to do that using the DeepL app.
