I like how Dataminr is used for a variety of purposes, including breaking news and crisis detection as well as supporting journalism and media. One of the things I love is its ability to solve the problem of information overload. I find it particularly useful in monitoring wide risks and detecting real-time comprehensive risks, including threats and natural disasters. It helps our team move from reacting to anticipating, revealing patterns over time related to repeated unrest, recurring outages, and rising risks in a location. I also appreciate that the initial setup was easy and straightforward. My team and I have grown to love Dataminr.
