Overview
Receive the earliest indication of breaking news - so you can respond quickly to public safety emergencies and events as they happen.
Dataminr's AI platform processes billions of data units daily from more than 500,000 publicly available information sources and translates from 100+ languages to deliver alerts in real time from across the public information landscape, including global and regional social media sites, blogs and web forums, IoT sensors, audio transmissions, and the deep/dark web. Our multimodal fusion AI platform is unique in its ability to cross-correlate data formats spanning text, image, video, sound and machine-generated sensor data to deliver real-time, breaking news alerts that save time and enable decisions that protect lives, facilities, and assets. This happens at scale using natural language processing; anomaly detection; computer vision; audio processing and more.

Dataminr for an expanded view of impacts and potential impacts
The new Real-Time Intelligence that is still in Beta has been super helpful in consolidating information right at the top of an event, which saves a lot of time in collecting data and combining it for distribution. Its able to add information as new event updates come in and has been incredibly helpful - particularily during the recent bridge collapse in Baltimore.
Event history to help inform and build patterns for planning.
Developing feeds to support our business partners is really easy and makes for a helpful way to develop bespoke monitoring.
The team that supports our account has been great at helping us customize alerts to cut down on noise and build advanced alerts for custom monitoring.
The App is great as well as it provides me with almost all of the info I need near me as well as what could impact the business (through our feeds).
