The SS&C Trade Reconciliation Agent transforms trade confirmation processing through agentic automation. It continuously scans for incoming confirmations from counterparties, downloads attachments and processes them through SS&C’s AI Gateway to a large language model (LLM). The LLM interprets and extracts critical data points, which the agent then reconciles against equivalent client data from the client’s trading platform across 30-40 data points using client mapping files. Successful matches automatically proceed to client signing and execution, while discrepancies are routed to the team for resolution.

SS&C's Managed Service offering for the Trade Reconciliation Agent implements the process according to client specs, hosts the solution in a secure cloud environment, and maintains and manages the solution.
