What's the process?

1. EBA Positioning and Qualification (30-minute call) Dive deep on the EBA methodology and determine if it could benefit your organization.
2. EBA Readiness & Sponsorship (60 – minute call) Meet with the executive team to gain commitment, assess readiness, and assign workstream ownership.
3. EBA Planning (2-3 weeks) Meet with workstream owners to identify dependencies, develop reference architecture, and define outcomes.
