AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for Golang running on CentOS Stream 9, with support from Hanwei. The price you pay depends only on the EC2 instance type you choose to run. Each dimension maps to one instance size, from small burstable options like t2.nano and t3.micro up to large compute, memory, storage, GPU, and machine learning instances such as c7i, r7iz, x2iedn, and p5.48xlarge. Bigger instances with more CPU, memory, or accelerators carry higher hourly rates. There are no tiers or bundles; you select the instance that fits your workload and pay for the hours it runs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do I actually get for the hourly rate on each instance type?
You get the Golang runtime pre-installed on CentOS Stream 9, plus support from Hanwei. The rate you pay covers the software and support on the EC2 instance size you pick. AWS charges its own separate infrastructure fee for running that instance.
Am I charged when my instance is stopped or paused?
The hourly software rate meters running time only. When you stop or fully power off an instance, the software charge stops accruing. You may still pay separate AWS fees for attached storage while the instance is stopped, but the Hanwei software charge applies only to running hours.
How does my cost change if I switch to a bigger instance?
Each instance type carries its own fixed hourly rate. There are no tiers or bundles that combine. If you move from a small instance like t3.micro to a larger one like c7i.48xlarge, you simply pay that instance's hourly rate for the hours it runs.
