Overview
Kestryl Cockpit for India DPDP - PII Discovery and DPDP Reporting
Kestryl Cockpit by Pacific Data Integrators is a web console over the Kestryl PII discovery engine. It helps organizations discover personally identifiable information, review detection findings by DPDP category, and generate evidence-ready reports to support privacy, security, and data governance under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
Kestryl Cockpit is designed for customer-controlled deployment in AWS. A certified synthetic India dataset is included for onboarding and validation, so teams can run the DPDP journey and review findings within minutes of launch.
Deployment Kestryl Cockpit runs as an Amazon EC2 AMI in the customer AWS account and is served over HTTPS at /dpdp/ on port 443. Buyers are responsible for configuring approved network access, EC2 key pairs, security groups, and required AWS infrastructure. The app binds to localhost behind nginx; do not open port 8501. First-administrator setup is protected by a one-time token generated on first boot. Bring your own TLS certificate or use the self-signed default.
