Privy by IDfy is a full-stack DPDP compliance and privacy governance platform for Indian enterprises. It helps organisations operationalise consent governance, DPRM, cookie consent, PIAs, TPRM, incident management, data discovery, DSPM, PETs, and AI-assisted privacy operations through one connected platform.
Privy by IDfy is a full-stack privacy governance platform that helps Indian enterprises move from DPDP policy planning to operational, audit-ready compliance. Built for India's data protection environment, it brings consent lifecycle management, data principal rights management, cookie consent, privacy impact assessments, third-party risk management, incident management, data discovery and classification, DSPM, Privacy Enhancing Technologies, and AI-assisted compliance workflows into one connected platform.
DPDP compliance is not just about collecting consent. Enterprises need to prove how consent was captured, how notices were issued, how rights requests were handled, where personal data resides, which third parties process it, how incidents are managed, and whether evidence is available when leadership, auditors, regulators, or customers ask. Privy gives privacy, legal, compliance, security, IT, product, and data governance teams a single operating layer to manage these obligations with speed, consistency, and accountability.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Privy by IDfy uses a contract model built from four separate usage dimensions. You pay based on Active Data Principals, the number of individuals whose data you manage. Cookie Domains covers the websites you govern for cookie compliance. Data Classification GBs Scanned bills by the volume of data scanned for personal data discovery. Risk & Compliance Licensee Fees covers access to the risk and compliance functions. Each dimension is priced independently, and all four require you to contact the vendor for a custom quote tailored to your organization.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Active Data Principal for billing?
A Data Principal is an individual whose personal data you manage. Privy counts each person whose data you process across consent, rights, and discovery workflows. The Active Data Principals dimension bills based on how many such individuals your organization handles.
How do the four dimensions combine on my bill?
The four dimensions bill independently and add together. Active Data Principals tracks individuals, Cookie Domains tracks websites, Data Classification GBs Scanned tracks scan volume, and Risk & Compliance Licensee Fees covers risk functions. Each accrues on its own unit, then combines into one custom-quoted total.
What does the Data Classification GBs Scanned dimension measure?
This dimension bills by the volume of data scanned, measured in gigabytes, during personal data discovery. Privy discovers and classifies personal data across systems, applications, databases, and vendors. Your cost on this dimension rises as the amount of data scanned increases.
