I also value the strong collaboration feature that lets multiple team members work on content together. Plus, the initial setup was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Brightspot could improve by adding more built-in templates for faster website and page creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brightspot to manage multi-site content from a single CMS dashboard. It solves manual content approval with automated approval chains and notifications.

Brightspot’s DAM and Drag-and-Drop Builder Make Publishing a Breeze

    Reviewed on Mar 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I think the DAM (digital asset management) is what brings me back to use Brightspot - searching for images, editing their metadata, dropping them into a page without having to open 4 windows/tab is just useful, period. The drag-and-drop page-building is also solid once your developers have set up the components, then non-tech folks can build landing pages without bothering anyone else. It's noisy at the coffee shop today and I was still able to publish 3 pages without going crazy. Managing multiple regional sites in one place used to be a complete nightmare and Brightspot at least makes it NOT THAT BAD.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to create ANYTHING even remotely outside the template options, you're basically just stuck waiting on a developer, which is frustrating when it's something relatively small. When lots of users are working at the same time, the Authoring Interface becomes unresponsive/laggy and that's a pet peeve of mine I'll take to my grave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had different teams using different tools and NOTHING MATCHED - our brand was consistently represented differently everywhere, assets were stored in 5 different places, and getting a single piece of content published was always a long process. For teams managing content across many countries and/or languages, it actually scales well, which not all solutions do.

Good and reliable platform for coordinated campaign rollouts

    Reviewed on Mar 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find the stability of Radware Cloud WAF in our business as the best aspect of it. I make use of it on a daily basis, particularly when there is a promotion push on, and the amount of features dedicated to preventing automated abuse shows. The implementation was arranged and customer support remained engaged when all was ventured right. Due to that, I do not need to worry as much that sudden rise in traffic will negatively affect conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the negative experiences I have had with Brightspot is that some of its configurations are reliant on the technical resources. It meant implementation time on the part of developers that was not thoroughly planned. As powerful as it is, it is limiting to make rapid structural modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightspot addresses our problem of ensuring stringent brand and legal protection of high volumes of digital content. The messaging risks were caused by non-uniform approvals before adopting it. I have now been using it often to impose ordered reviewing procedures and documented publishing procedures. The amount of features that can assist in governance enhances our compliance posture. The customer care also provides suggestions on changes in policy, and this is useful in marketing and legal departments.

We can finally effectively manage content across multiple channels

    Reviewed on Mar 04, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Brightspot is that the content creation process is well organized and collaborative. My job is in the digital publishing and I am able to delegate tasks to writers, control the media items and track the article development under one roof with the amount of features. Due to the level of usage, it has become a part of our everyday routine. I also like the ease with which version history allows me to compare the changes, review and undo them when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges that I observed is that page structure customizing consumes more time. It has numerous features that are handy but could be confusing to new contributors, and they make unpleasant minor errors on some occasions. These minor inconveniences can be observed because the platform is being used at any time of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightspot helps to address the issue of unstructured content flows. We had been using spreadsheets and email to track assignments and media before using it, and even created deadlines and duplicated work because of the method. Today, articles, pictures and videos are put in their place, monitored, and officially published every day and on a systematic basis. It has enhanced the process of coordination between editors and writers, minimized error and enabled my team to concentrate on quality content production as opposed to being involved in administrative duties.
