    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extensive customization options—it makes campaign optimization easy with intuitive tools. It also supports multitasking, and the toolset is excellent and keeps improving over time. It helps me ensure that every piece of content has greater impact, and I really like having everything I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more flexibility in the blog editor, and the platform can feel overwhelming for beginners at first. The automatic translation through the DeepL integration also needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me stay on top of my work more efficiently, and the content customization saves a lot of time. It’s become an excellent tool for creating and managing content, and it makes it easy for all team members to access what they need. I also like that you can schedule content in advance and manage the publishing calendar ahead of time.

Brightspot’s DAM and Drag-and-Drop Builder Make Publishing a Breeze

    Reviewed on Mar 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I think the DAM (digital asset management) is what brings me back to use Brightspot - searching for images, editing their metadata, dropping them into a page without having to open 4 windows/tab is just useful, period. The drag-and-drop page-building is also solid once your developers have set up the components, then non-tech folks can build landing pages without bothering anyone else. It's noisy at the coffee shop today and I was still able to publish 3 pages without going crazy. Managing multiple regional sites in one place used to be a complete nightmare and Brightspot at least makes it NOT THAT BAD.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to create ANYTHING even remotely outside the template options, you're basically just stuck waiting on a developer, which is frustrating when it's something relatively small. When lots of users are working at the same time, the Authoring Interface becomes unresponsive/laggy and that's a pet peeve of mine I'll take to my grave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had different teams using different tools and NOTHING MATCHED - our brand was consistently represented differently everywhere, assets were stored in 5 different places, and getting a single piece of content published was always a long process. For teams managing content across many countries and/or languages, it actually scales well, which not all solutions do.
