Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing bills by license units under a contract. You pick one of two main license types based on your organization size. The Starter license fits individuals, universities, and companies with fewer than 200 employees. The Business license covers organizations of 200 or more employees and adds Tier 1 support tickets plus Tier 2 support hours. Both scale by the number of units you buy. The Additional Usage dimension lets you add consumption on top of your base license. You match the license to your size, then add usage as your needs grow.

A unit is one named user who gets access to the Business Cloud. You buy one unit per person who needs to use the platform. Your total depends on how many users you license. Your organization size determines which license type you qualify for.
Additional Usage lets you add consumption beyond your base license units. It bills on top of your Starter or Business license. You use it when your needs grow past what your purchased units cover. Both the base license charge and any Additional Usage charges appear together.
The Business license includes Tier 1 support tickets and Tier 2 support hours. You get unlimited support tickets, two named contacts, and a 12-hour response on urgent issues. The Starter license does not carry these bundled support entitlements.
