SSG's team of experts in public health use a combination of Agile and Waterfall techniques to manage a SaaS implementation project from start to finish.

SSG's Casetivity Implementation Package will be completed using Amazon Simple Storage Service, Amazon ECS Service with Auto-Scaling, Amazon ActiveMQ Broker, Amazon Security Features, and AWS tools such as Cloudwatch, CloudTrail, and Systems Manager.

We will begin with planning and requirements definition and then, when ready, will move into configuration of the Casetivity software. We will then transition into quality assurance and user acceptance testing for the software. SSG focuses on knowledge transfer and will train users on how to operate the system. After implementation and training, ongoing help desk support and managed services are available for continued success.
