It integrates with over 350+ business and IT solutions for the seamless flow of data and processes, the creation of actionable dashboards and applications, in order to meet the needs of the constantly evolving business and technology landscape. The Team Edition has an allowance for 1 server license, 25 task agents and 10 system agents. Incremental server licenses, task agents and system agents can be purchased on a Private Offer basis. Task agents and system agents are not selected at time of purchase, but accumulated by project.

Vendor refund policy
Customer may terminate the Agreement at any time upon written notice, immediately stop the use of the software and return the Software to Pantheon; however, this does not relieve the Customer of its obligation to pay the full license and other Fees for the full term of the Agreement. All Fees for the full term of the Agreement must be paid at the time of termination.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Support is offered on an 8x5, 24x5 and 24x7 basis determined by the client's timezone and preference. Support is covered through phone, email and help desk, as well as in product self-help. Customer Success Manager: Each client is assigned a main focal point to business planning, training and other related questions.
