You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Whistic has an exceptional support team that is available to help answer your questions and to help teach you how to best use the product on an ongoing basis. In addition to general support, Whistic customers get access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will help implement the product at your organization, help with any account configuration/ technical needs, and provide continuous training on industry knowledge and best practices. Whistic has an excellent support team that is available during regular business hours (9am-5pm) Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. The support team can be contacted via email at support@whistic.com or by phone at 1-800-655-6905 option 2. Tickets can also be submitted directly from the Whistic platform by going to the Help section and submitting a question.
