In addition to general support, Whistic customers get access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will help implement the product at your organization, help with any account configuration/ technical needs, and provide continuous training on industry knowledge and best practices. Whistic has an excellent support team that is available during regular business hours (9am-5pm) Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
