Built on AWS
LogicStream is built natively on AWS services: Amazon S3 for storage, Amazon CloudFront for global delivery, AWS Elemental MediaConvert for transcoding, Amazon Transcribe for AI captions, Amazon Rekognition for content moderation, and AWS KMS for per-tenant encryption. Every customer gets dedicated isolated infrastructure within their chosen region.
Compliance
GDPR, UAE data sovereignty, Indian data localization, FERPA, and industry-specific regulations are supported through per-region deployment, complete audit trails, and configurable data residency policies.

Vendor refund policy
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase for first-time buyers, prorated for actual usage. Monthly contracts are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Annual and multi-year contracts may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days only; no refunds are issued thereafter. Refunds for service failures are governed by the SLA. To request a refund, contact accounts@human-logic.com within the eligible window with your AWS account ID and order details.
