Secure enterprise video and podcast streaming purpose-built for Moodle and Totara LMS. AWS-powered with multi-region data residency, AI transcription, adaptive HLS delivery, and learning analytics.
LogicStream is an enterprise-grade video and podcast streaming platform purpose-built for Learning Management Systems. Fully hosted on AWS infrastructure, LogicStream gives organizations complete control over their video content - where it is stored, how it is delivered, and who can access it.
Unlike generic video platforms, LogicStream is designed from the ground up for educational workflows. Native Moodle and Totara plugins deliver automatic completion tracking, gradebook synchronization, and comprehensive learning analytics that go far beyond simple view counts.
Why LogicStream
Organizations delivering video-based learning face critical challenges that generic platforms cannot solve:
Third-party platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) offer no LMS integration, no learner analytics, and no control over the viewing experience
Regulated industries require video content to remain within specific geographic regions - generic platforms cannot guarantee this
Embedded videos in Moodle and Totara mean no automatic completion tracking, no gradebook integration, and manual progress monitoring
No visibility into actual infrastructure costs or learner engagement patterns
LogicStream solves these challenges with:
Secure HLS adaptive streaming through Amazon CloudFront's global edge network with 400+ edge locations
Multi-region data residency across 7 AWS regions: UAE, Bahrain, Europe (Ireland), US East, India (Mumbai), Singapore, and Africa (Cape Town)
Native Moodle and Totara activity modules with anti-skip completion tracking and gradebook sync
AI-powered auto-transcription in 25+ languages using Amazon Transcribe, with content tagging and moderation
100-segment engagement heatmaps showing exactly where learners watch, rewatch, and drop off
Per-organization tenant isolation with dedicated S3 buckets and KMS encryption keys
Role-based access control with Owner, Admin, Manager, and Member roles
REST API and webhooks for full automation and integration with existing systems
Built on AWS
LogicStream is built natively on AWS services: Amazon S3 for storage, Amazon CloudFront for global delivery, AWS Elemental MediaConvert for transcoding, Amazon Transcribe for AI captions, Amazon Rekognition for content moderation, and AWS KMS for per-tenant encryption. Every customer gets dedicated isolated infrastructure within their chosen region.
Compliance
GDPR, UAE data sovereignty, Indian data localization, FERPA, and industry-specific regulations are supported through per-region deployment, complete audit trails, and configurable data residency policies.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

You pick one of three contract tiers: Starter, Professional, or Business. Each tier bundles a set allowance of storage, bandwidth, video count and quality, team member seats, and, on higher tiers, AI transcription minutes. The tiers scale up in capacity and add capabilities like single sign-on, custom domains, and uptime commitments. Four usage-based add-ons let you exceed your tier limits: extra storage per GB per month, extra team seats per month, extra bandwidth per GB, and extra AI transcription per minute. You pay only for what you use beyond your tier's allowance.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one video for my tier's video limit, and does resolution matter?
Each uploaded video counts as one toward your tier cap: 100 on Starter, 500 on Professional, 2,000 on Business. Resolution is a separate quality ceiling per tier: 720p HD on Starter, 1080p Full HD on Professional, and 4K Ultra HD on Business. Higher resolution does not consume extra video-count slots.
What happens if I go over my tier's storage, bandwidth, seat, or transcription allowance?
You are not blocked. Usage beyond your allowance bills through four add-ons: storage per GB per month, team seats per month, bandwidth per GB, and AI transcription per minute. You pay only for what you exceed. Your base tier fee stays the same; the overage appears as separate metered charges.
How is bandwidth measured for billing, and what drives most of my cost?
Bandwidth meters video data delivered through the content delivery network, billed per GB beyond your tier allowance. For high-viewership libraries, bandwidth usually drives the largest overage. Storage charges dominate instead when you hold many large files but stream them rarely. Both bill independently on the same invoice.
