GenAI JumpStart Workshop

Long description: The Cloudtech Generative AI (GenAI) JumpStart Workshop is a collaborative, hands-on event led by a Cloudtech Principal Solutions Architect and Sr. Technical Program Manager. The workshop assesses and summarizes business processes, identifies and qualifies GenAI use cases, and outlines a GenAI proof of concept (POC) project and associated success metrics.

The purpose of the workshop is to give you clarity and a path, culminating in a GenAI Roadmap as well as an actionable plan for a GenAI POC. This prioritized action plan lays out the steps to achieve your team’s agreed upon near- and long-term goals. Next steps are up to your team, with Cloudtech playing whatever part you choose in development and implementation of the GenAI POC and beyond.

Process The workshop is designed to be comprehensive and engaging, following a proven method to provide you with customized recommendations for enabling GenAI capabilities for your organization.Throughout the day, we will focus on people, process, and technology as we: Assess - Together we will document, examine, and analyze your current business processes and data architecture. Ideate - Based on your organization’s goals, we will propose and validate with you a desired future state for your GenAI journey. Identify - Our team will work with yours to perform a gap analysis between the present and future states, as well as to identify key impacts to people, process, and technology. Recommend - We will present specific and actionable recommendations to bridge the identified gaps and minimize impacts where possible, sizing recommendations by impact and effort. Prioritize - Based on our recommendations as well as your own business drivers, you will assign a level of priority to each recommended action. Document - Together, we will document the priority levels and desired iterative sequence of actions for each identified area, and propose next steps to address the highest priority item(s), with a focus on identifying at least one viable GenAI POC.
