Vendor refund policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. AI Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once applied to the account. Unused included monthly credits do not carry forward beyond one billing period. For billing disputes please contact hello@qubitz.ai within 30 days of the charge date
