Overview
Forlex Platform - BYOC delivers the same governed legal AI as Forlex Platform, deployed so the data plane runs in your own AWS account, giving security, compliance, and IT teams maximum control over where regulated data lives, while Forlex operates the managed control plane. It is built for organizations with strict data-residency, sovereignty, or security requirements: financial institutions, government and public-sector legal operations, and large regulated enterprises. You get source-grounded legal research, document analysis, and assisted drafting with human-in-the-loop review, full audit trails, and tenant isolation, plus an enterprise API for integration. Commercials: a minimum platform fee sized to your project, plus metered ACU usage billed monthly for what you consume; because the deployment runs in your AWS account, BYOC qualifies to retire your AWS committed spend when run on AWS. Pricing and the minimum are agreed per project via a private offer; deployment and integration are delivered through Forlex Professional Services. Forlex provides CloudFormation templates and least-privilege IAM roles to provision the required resources in your AWS account. You are responsible for the AWS infrastructure charges incurred in your account, separate from your AWS Marketplace charges. Security and privacy: a Data Processing Addendum aligned to GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA is available; customer data is not used to train models unless separately authorized; ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I are in preparation.

Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
