Forlex Platform is a governed AI operating system for legal and regulated work. It unifies the LIVIA legal assistant with documents, matters, clients, contracts, approvals, automations, and electronic signature in one secure environment, so a request can move from intake to a reviewed, source-grounded deliverable while preserving a clear record of every decision. Most customers run on Forlex's managed AWS tenant (this listing); teams that must keep the data plane in their own AWS account can use Forlex Platform - BYOC, and teams needing bespoke build, integration, or model-tuning work can engage Forlex Professional Services. What your team can do: legal research across legislation, case law, and doctrine beyond keyword matching; document analysis that extracts clauses, deadlines, obligations, and risks; assisted drafting of opinions, petitions, memos, and reports grounded in cited sources; matter and document management with owners and approval steps; and automations connecting corporate and government systems, data lakes, and e-signature. Why Forlex is different: source-grounded, citable outputs engineered to reduce hallucination risk; governance by design with human-in-the-loop review, full audit trail, tenant isolation, and explicit data-use controls; built for regulated teams; and multi-jurisdiction, multilingual support from a single platform. Security and privacy: a Data Processing Addendum aligned to GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA is available; customer data is not used to train models unless separately authorized; ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I are in preparation. Deployment: runs on AWS with a Kubernetes-based architecture; large enterprises can deploy the data plane into their own AWS account (see Forlex Platform - BYOC), with an enterprise API for integration.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract tiers. The Office tier includes 100 ACU per month. The Enterprise tier includes 500 ACU per month plus API access. An ACU (Agent Computational Unit) measures AI usage and varies with task complexity. If you exceed your monthly ACU allotment, you pay an overage fee per additional ACU. Each tier has its own overage rate, billed through the matching overage dimension. This lets you commit to a baseline usage level while still running extra work when your team needs more capacity in a given month.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one ACU, and how is my usage measured?
An ACU (Agent Computational Unit) measures AI usage on the platform. One ACU is not a fixed task count. Usage varies with the complexity of each task, so a heavier analysis consumes more ACUs than a simple one. Your monthly total reflects the combined complexity of the work your team runs.
What happens if my team uses more than the included ACUs in a month?
Each tier includes a set monthly ACU allotment: 100 for Office and 500 for Enterprise. When you pass that allotment, extra usage bills per additional ACU through the matching overage dimension. Only the ACUs above your included amount carry the overage fee. Your baseline included ACUs are covered by the tier itself.
What does the Enterprise tier include beyond a higher ACU allotment?
The Enterprise tier includes 500 ACU per month plus API access, which the Office tier does not list. API access lets you connect the platform to internal systems and other tools. This supports scoped integrations such as document repositories, communication tools, and matter or project systems for your workflows.
