Vendor refund policy
First-time Relievox AI subscribers (12, 24, or 36 months) may request a full refund within 30 days of the Effective Date by emailing relievox-cancellation@optimoz.com . This does not apply to renewals, plan changes, or accounts violating our Terms of Service. After 30 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you stop using or cancel early.
